  • Your booking forms a direct contract with the relevant provider (airline, hotel, transfer operator, etc.).


4. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that travel documents (passports, visas, insurance) meet the requirements of your destination.

  • Misuse of our services, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.


5. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

  • Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Once confirmed, the total price displayed is final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.

  • Cancellation and refund conditions are displayed clearly during the booking process and may vary depending on the service provider (e.g., hotel, airline, or transport operator). By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept the specific cancellation and refund terms applicable to that reservation.
